I love ball jointed dolls so i googled to see if anyone made some after yuzuru, I managed to find these to images. are these actual dolls? who is the artist who made these? and if you have some more yuzu dolls like this you know about please do share! Spoiler

Hey guys. I've been feeling down since yesterday after the finalization of Yuzu's withdraw. To let go of my feelings of sadness, disappointment, anxious, even anger, I wrote this. I want to share it with you and hope this makes you feel better too. English is not my first language so sorry about the mistakes if I made any. I've never thought that I would be emotionally attached to a right foot. Ever since I laid my eyes on him during the figure skating competition in the Pyeongchang Olympics, I became a fan of Yuzuru Hanyu. To see him live became one of my biggest dreams, so I bought my first figure skating tickets,…

I just read the article at https://www.japantimes.co.jp/sports/2018/12/04/figure-skating/moved-hanyu-fans-story-love-legend/ about your experience and wondered if you are a member of this forum. Would love to talk to you about your experiences.

What is your favorite Yuzuru moment? I hope this thread will be an appropriate topic for Planet Hanyu forum. It is quite simple. I am wondering, which moment in Yuzu's skating career is the most important one, interesting or your favorite? For me, it was this: Spoiler The whole exhibition (2016 Worlds) is magical, but I was unexpectedly moved by this one tiny moment. It has everything one can say about the Tōhoku earthquake. Every emotion in one simple movement. Nothing more to say...

A little fluff before all the major competition begins! [source]

Hey everyone! I need help looking for the original photo in this Instagram post. It's of Yuzuru after his long program. I've linked the Instagram post as well as the photo, it's the very first photo in the post that I'm trying to look for because I really want to use the HQ of it as my phone background. I tried doing a reverse search on Google Images but it couldn't its origins. https://www.instagram.com/p/BqSDleTBW37/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=1quvoqtv3vhdq https://scontent-lax3-2.cdninstagram.com/vp/6b7937a1a7fe24cceb5b6eda8d814502/5C7572E3/t51.2885-15/e35/45946149_923615444505570_8863514291616461011_n.jpg

Since Jack Gallagher is definitely in possession of my Yuzu rewatch list, what about a little guessing game for all of us? Try to guess which link will be his favorite next day! Kindly suggested by @Bilge. Thank you!

So during my quests to learn more about Yuzu, and figure skating in general, it's been inevitable to learn about other skaters in the process. During my time looking through what was going on at Sochi I learned that there was this huge rivalry between Yuzu and Patrick, I even read somewhere that Patrick said he hated Yuzu and said things like he'd "let Yuzu win the GPF of that year" (not sure if that's true or not). But I'm seeing that there was this huge deal with Patrick and Yuzu that I'm not too familiar with, can someone explain to me what that rivalry was like and why it was so intense?

This is my first season in a long time getting back into full hardcore skating fandom. I used to be a super nut job about finding every little thing and recording it and I think I'm going to start doing that again. So what do you recommend for an American? TV package: Olympic Channel? NBC sports? It doesn't necessarily have to have everything, but of course I want anything I can see with Yuzu in it. Looks like Japanese Grand Prix is on Asahi - do they have something like Fuji that Americans can watch? Recording device: Tivo? Will this record internet streams onto your TV as well as TV broadcasts? I want something to transfer to external hard …

Can anyone tell me who was with Yuzuru at kiss and cry?

Hi guys! I'm very happy to finally join planet Hanyu, some of you may recognize my user name from the time I was active in the Goldenskate Fan fest To quickly introduce myself, I'm a huge fan of our dear Yuzu since 2011-12, he's my favorite skater EVER, and first inspiration as I'm a figure skater myself (not very high level though)! I'm lucky enough to have seen him live at Worlds 2012, Trophée Eric Bompard and the 2016 GPF. I was looking for information on the Internet and thought here may be the best place to ask.. My boyfriend is going to Japan next month (without me ) and I begged him to find me some "Yuzu-stuff". I would like to know how easy i…

So I've slowly been going through the old posts of the general Yuzuru talk thread and I've seen references to multiple people who have claimed to have seen him actually do it. 1. Does anyone have any links to sources? 2. Have they said if they were in or out of harness? So far, I think I've seen people mention Plushenko, Arakawa, Miki Ando, Massimiliano Ambessi. For some reason I thought that either Brian Orser or the guy holding the harness said something about him landing it in harness but with no weight on the harness. Also, any idea of when Yuzu first started talking about it? I know it's been a few years but it seems like t…

Please help me pick which picture I should use for my reference picture for my drawing. In other words, share your favorite pics of Yuzuru for me to pick form please.

OK, I've never actually started a fan project before, but since the topic has popped up on the General Chat thread, I've been really thinking about it. Brian and the whole TCC team have been very supportive of Yuzu, from the beginning, but especially in the last few months. And with all the hope Brian is giving us nowadays, there is an overflowing of love towards him. And with that awesome Team Cricket trailer, it grew even more so. So the idea is to try to do something to show them how much we appreciate them, their support for Yuzu and all their skaters and so on. Gifts are tricky, because I honestly have no idea what we could get the…

What would you say is the best performance of each of Hanyu's programs? I'll update the OP as suggestions are made and add links when I have time as I think this will be great for those of us who are newer to the fandom 2009/2010 Season SP: Mission Impossible 2 LP: Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini EX: Change 2010/2011 Season SP: White Legend - LP: Zigeunerweisen - 2011 Four Continents EX: Vertigo 2011/2012 SP: Etude in D-sharp Minor - LP: Romeo and Juliet 1 - 2012 World Championships (RU: 2011 Grand Prix final - fell in both but both performances are so endearing) EX: Somebody to Love …

International de France or TEB Skate Canada Cup of China Skate America 4CC He doesnt have Gold medals in the above events. And he got 3 silvers for both 4CC and Skate Canada!! Started this thread as a RECORD KEEPER until Yuzu gets gold in the above events before he retires

Working on media thread organization I found several Yuzuru Intelligence Quotes for life and work. Maybe his legacy can help someone in trouble and give guidance and hope. Please feel free to share them here.

Off-season is coming which means it's time to fill the emptiness with streaming parties Since there are alot of new fans who may want to understand Yuzu's struggles and the importance of his achievements better @Fay had the idea to make season streaming parties but with a twist. We will be watching the last groups of some major events in Yuzu's skating life instead of just picking out his performances. It will give a much better idea of Yuzu's achievements to watch him in the full context of the mens field of the time, to see where his competitiors were standing in comparison to him, how they fueled him and how he ended up dominating the sport for such a long…

Hi I want to start a new thread discussing Yuzu's hobbies. I knw he plays Monster Hunter but is that game any good? I like games but Ive never played it. Wnt to hear some review of it.
