Yuzuru Hanyu

Hi! I saw a picture of all the letters fans sent Yuzu at the Olympics. I don't live far from France, and I'd like to send him a letter for worlds. Is it possible? If it is, what do I have to do, what should I write on the envelope? Thank you

Hi! I don't who to ask and thought this was the best place. I never posted here so sorry if I used the wrong topic. I'm making an edit for the anniversary of the retirement and looking for this comp video where the commentator says something like "When you see something extra special and you think of it as the future, I think we've just seen the future." Thanks to anyone who'll answer

As you all know, there are tons and tons and tons of magazines that include Yuzu's photos, interviews and related articles and - especially for foreign and not Japanese speaking people - it's not always easy to keep up-to-date with all of them and with the best ones to spend a lot of money on have [deleted rest of post]

I'm in the process of planning my next trip to Japan and I was thinking it would be really nice to make a compilation of Yuzu-themed places to visit or activities! Suggestions can be anything e.g. good shops or bookstores to buy Yuzu merch, temples, where to find that massive sign with Yuzu in hakama If you have visited any spots, please leave reviews/advice for fellow satellites! As I collect more info, I'll come back to organise it all into a pretty guide for all of us to hopefully use! Thanks peeps!

Hello fellow satellites and friends! I have an idea for Yuzuru's coming birthday. I saw that we have 24 people from 19 countries who volunteered for the project and that's a great number and variety. 7 yrs ago I watched a documentary, HUMAN, from the renowned French photographer and journalist Yann Arthus-Bertrand and found it amazing. You can find it on YouTube and I inserted its link at the end of this message: The promo text says: "What is it that makes us human? Is it that we love, that we fight ? That we laugh ? Cry ? Our curiosity? The quest for discovery ? Driven by these questions, filmmaker and artist Yann Arthus-Bertrand spent thr…

Hello, My name is Sofia, and I'm doing a report on Hanyu and because it is A.A.P.I Month, I have to say if he faced racial discrimination before. Does anybody know if he has faced this?

a couple of weeks ago on youtube comments section someone asked about 4A and I wrote a huge text about it and I decided to share it here too because I don't feel like its fully correct. I did a lot of research to understand it correctly but im neither a jump specialist nor a long-time skating follower so if there are any skating-fan/nerd/geek is here and correct me then I would very appreciate it. here is the text's slightly organized version. I'll explain as I understand it, please correct me if I'm wrong. For example, yuzuru's 3A jump is higher than the other skaters (that is, when we consider that we place the vertices of the parabola formed by the jump on …

Since we're all feeling, to put it mildly, a bit shell-shocked after Yuzu's rollercoaster Rostelecom experience, and to take our minds off just how very upsetting it is that he's injured yet again, I thought it might be nice to take some time and think about all the things Yuzu has been the catalyst for in our lives, and share them here. Being his fan has taken satellites around the world and sparked friendships we would never have had otherwise, for example. So, what's your 'Without Yuzu, I'd Never Have..' thing? It can be silly or serious or sweet or surprising, or all 4. Whatever you feel like sharing. I'll go first: Without…

When on his trip to manhood did our beautiful Yuzu become such an incorrigible tease? He eats it up, too. But I do sorta hope he doesn’t stop because he’s found his one and only. It is part of his entertaining side, after all. Keep your fans happy, Darling.

This is a suggestion to obtain some kind of system for our This or That game. I hope that's okay. Lately, there are five threads active. One I would leave unchanged: You answer one question and leave a new one for the next visitor. The other four are lists of questions. I suggest to restart numbering each month, quoting from [month] number 1 onwards and putting the name of the author ahead of her/his added questions. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have a better concept, I will then edit this post.

Hi! Sorry if I'm not quite using this forum right I'm having a bit of a hard time trying to decide where to ask about this so I hope it's fine. But does anyone know if the Yuzuru related things at Maison Kose Ginza are still up? I'm visiting Tokyo in June and would love to see them if they are but I can't really find out anywhere.

I saw people suggest a costume poll in the costume thread, and since I have a thing for polling I'll start this one! And don't panic fellow decidophobics! We'll have up to 5 options for each this time. Though I suspect some of you might still end up suffering from hand-wringing choice phobia disorder like me... well we've tried :) (I listed all of Yuzu's competition & exhibition costumes (and the different versions) from senior years, though left out Vertigo for there's too many versions, Zigeunerweisen and ice shows for there's no room left )

Welcome to the our Planet's Newspaper: The Daily Spread Eagle (and its weekend supplement: the Sunday Lutz) Here we try to bring you the latest news about the state of the Planet and of our dear King Hanyu. Anyone can contribute as long as they promise not to upset the Prime Minister with too many calls and risking their sanity to report live from Mt. Irene is discouraged. So come over, grab a copy and a cup of tea and catch up with the Planet!

Hello, I was wondering if any Fanyu in the EU has received their prologie merchandise. I bought it during the first show but I yet to receive any information about it.

I'm in a middle of a personal campaign to spread Hanyu amongst friends and family. Just curious how successful everyone else has been, and please share cool stories and tips!
