For me, it looks horribly in motion.

Um...I don't know what is going on but wherever I try to put my cursor, I see tiny little greenish stars...

This only happens in PH thread pages and not sure if I'm going crazy??

Green just reminds me of 4CC Seimei. 

 

I honestly did not notice the stars until you say so. I noticed the stars appear and blink when I move the mouse. Don't see any if I view on my ipad though.
