Somebody get me the Twitter of the US judge. I'm going to war. 225????? 225!!!????!!!!!

Yuzu under Vincent!

Bertolt Brecht would be proud of the absurdity.

I finally rewatched Seimei again........ WOW, that was so much stronger than I initially thought. What an absolute fighter he is.

The only thing I remember from watching it live was being too paranoid about those 2 red boxes and feeling too much stress to enjoy the performance

Thank you! Just enough time to handle all my neglected chores for the week.

I did work I'm paid for AND washed my hair last night.

I'm very proud of that, and I don't mind admitting it.

He skipped it at 4CC 2017, too

I guess it must put a lot of strain on all of his leg. I'm glad he didn't do it.

But we all know that despite this Seimei's very very deserved and very special place in history, it will not go down as the best Seimei ever.

That, I think, is something we must still wait for. I'm glad for it.

You know what just dawned on me that made me sad.  Even though Boyang did amazing here and got 4th, all people will remember among the quadsters is Shoma's silver or Nathan's 6 quads.  Boyang is the awkward middle child that is forgotten.  Well don't worry BB, I will remember you and I am proud of you!!!

Petition to fight Boyang erasure!!! I can't WAIT for him to show everyone what he's made of in Beijing!!

boyang is biding his time until 2022 ;)

That's kind of what he said in the post skate interview too. That he had some regrets and will try his best to do better next time, he was still kind of wiping away water (sweat/tears) from his face. But he also outright admitted he has a lot of other parts (artistry) to work on.

Boyang train is incoming people, hope the US of A is ready.  After all, this is the boy who said quads aren't hard for him.

Is that the first time he's skated without the Bielmann in the free?

He skipped it in ACI 2017 too, if I remember correctly.

When asked about Beijing 2022, Yuzu said he is not thinking about it right now, and is going to focus on healing his ankle.  He also said he will skate for a little while longer I think.

NOT gonna lie, I'm not ready for Yuzu retiring. correction:  I'll never be. :13877886:

Also, today is a free for all in this thread, right, because a lot of this rambling should go in fluff/gen chat and I'm not even sure what should go where but here is where we died a thousand deaths and lived again.

I'm not sure he will skate to seimei again competitively if he's not going to worlds :P

But we already had GPF 2015 and NHK 2015 Seimeis. The greatest free skates in history.
