The creator, Shigeru Uchiyama is Professor of Tokyo Medical and Dental University, and he is using a dental scalpel (I'm not sure this is the right word) to cut out such beautiful works.

WOOOOOO what  and again THANKS for this video and these links   , because in addition to being a dental teacher, this man is super gifted with a scalpel (the word is known and dental must be, in my opinion, finer than in human surgery) to get to do these WONDERS   and therefore, must be a Yuzu fan    and I listened to the pianist who plays H&L and Otonal   and she wears, in addition, a t-shirt of "continues with wings" the show on ice cream produced by Yuzu in 2018 and also, luckily, by looking further down the page, I ran into someone who went to Sendai and took pictures and saw this :  http://ademain-sendai.com/  which is a bakery which bears a French name (which I transcribed for you and which will be translated "see you tomorrow"): the direct link is Japanese (which here is  http://ademain-sendai.com/  )  and I think you can translate it into your language

Yuzuru has been so busy!!! and all this during a pandemic! and EVERY programme he has skated in the last 8 months he has shown us perfection (at least once!) How to pick a favourite is impossible - Worlds HWS was so very beautiful and I wept at the huge beautiful 3A, JNats Ten to Chi to was perfection itself and just magical, Worlds LMEY too "yess sir!!", White LGC was a dream-come-true for us, well me certainly (I'm sure he did all 3 jumps perfectly on one occasion didn't he, despite the small rink? and all other elements were gorgeous esp the spins), HYK and WL and HNN were beauty itself, breathtaking .... and openings and closings of SOI and DOI were so cool. Masquerade, powerful, that scream at the end in the last show was heart wrenching in its despair, AND THEN Blinding Lights - OMG.!!! Different every show, and so  !!!! I wont forget that entrance or the “you can turn me on with just a touch" parts for a loooong time! 

All in all a very very good 8 months work Yuzuru, you worked so hard, your performances helped me (and many others I am sure) keep going through this dreadful pandemic, thank youuuu!!!

May be using dental handpieces with drill.I always use this method to engrave my name on my keys in my orthodontic clinic Or using medical scarpel to carve it out.I cant read japanese as it did mention sometime to do with dental thingy.
