I had an excellent view of Shin Amano and he seemed to be getting things through quite easily - the guy beside him kept nodding. They disagreed about something for Bradie or Mirai (I don’t remember for sure, but I think Bradie) where he did not get his way. They were still counting rotation’s for a spin (on Shin’s behest) when Sotsnikova’s scores were asked for.

Zagitova fell 3 times. Kostner fell once, popped the opening Lz and one of the axel, which meant she missed 2 combos, one of them the 3-jump combo. Daleman was also a mess, as was Sotskova.

 

Miyahara fell and popped her Sal, but others were worse, so she is on Podium.

 

Osmond messed one landing, but Canadian GOEs and PCS applied, so she won.

 

Wakababy killed EVERYONE!!! Hence the silver.

 

Yep, I got through Jackie's tweets.... But first I think I stood there before the TV, saying "What the...." for like 3 minutes straight.  

Gahhh, coudn't Wakaba have won? I mean, everybody but KO.....

Happy for Wakababy, and even Satoko since nobody was clean and I like her better than others. BUT how amazing it would've been for Carolina to be world champ again at 30 

 

Also, Bradie was clean...... I know most people don't like her but I adore her. I actually think her FS choreo is very well done to the theme and she really deserves better PCSs (esp when compared to the others here... different standarts BS)

 

Hope men's is another story..... thanks for the sacrifice jeez.......

Oh I should have said, Shin kept all the notes (so  during some of the skates he wrote after every element) and the other guy was like ”what do you have?” for the entire comp. 

 

It was the best feeling when I could tear myself away from Wakaba in the K&C and the tech panel was all done and smiley.
