Tbh I think it’s good that someone is giving Dudakov credit- he’s there working away, looking a bit dour at times but at least when he’s at the boards it’s all about the skater not the designer twosome

This can mean nothing else than telling Plushenko is trying to recruit Dudakov, in my opinion.

Replacing Sergei Rozanov shouldn't be that difficult : he was a roller skater and Team Tutberidze taught him everything. Plushenko must know it. While Sergei Dudakov is the real "jump specialist" in the team. Try to imagine.

For god’s sake, stop interpreting it as if there’s only one possible reading of the situation! and stop inventing stuff - there’s no way Rozanov was just a roller skater, he wouldn’t have been taken on in the first place. He was a skater, he did coach kids before, so he was taken on.
