:offtopic:Hello everyone!

I don't know if someone has already mentioned "the Last Supper" of Leonardo da Vinci. Just infometion for those who want to see this masterpiece in Milan.

I'll be in Milan in march, so I'm very excited to see Yuzu's performances and glad to meet some of you there.<3 I also planed to see the Last Supper in this occasion when I don't have the performances from Yuzu. Recently I've learned that the reservation is compulsory. So I made a reservation on phone last week, but it was very complicated for me because I couldn't understand what the lady on phone said in english and she didn't understand well the credit card numbers that I gave her.:13877886:Finaly I used my poor italien to say like Uno, siete, due...(my italien is juste limited in counting 1-10 and few words though...). And it did work!!:party2:

Do not go to the sites which are not official. Their tickets are very very expensive, arrond 45 euros!!:salty:     The official site is there:   https://www.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[tour]&id=744. The ticket price is  12 euros there(full fare10euros +reservation fee 2euros). But online reservaion doesn't work on this site, you have to call them. But it's worth doing it. Good luck!:snpeace:

Thank you so much for the advice, last week I tried to make a reservation to see it on the other websites you mentioned and it was already full for March, I didn't know they weren't official! You've just made my day!

@YuU Thanks so much for the tips! I haven’t yet planned anything to do around the competition but it would be a shame not to see anything while I’m there. I really wanted to see the cartoon for the School of Athens but apparently it’s currently being restored, such is my luck!

I didn't know that the cartoon for the School of Athens is in Milan! :smile:For me, this will be the first time to see a figure skating competion, so I don't know if we have many free time around the competition. But if I have time, I'd like to visit some art places(I even plan to make one day trip to visit to Venezia, I'll see that ...)

What a wonderful competition for your first time! Will you be going to the whole event of just the men's?

I'm hoping to go to Venezia, too! Have you been before? Ahhh, I wish I could stay longer. It seems such a shame to go all that way and not see more of the country.

There's a ticket sale on at the moment. Short Dance and Ladies Free discount bundle. The seats available don't look that great, though.

Year, I'm very excited!  I've bought the men's sp, fs and gala tickets, but now I want to see also Wakaba's performance...So I don't know if I have much free time...

You're hoping to go to Venezia, too!? I've been there before, but a long time ago. So I want to visit this time to the Palazzo Grassi (renovated by Tadao Ando as a contemporary museum) and maybe some other museums.

Oh, I love Tadao Ando! Maybe I’ll look into it. :)

I really want to see Wakaba, too, but I’ll wait until I’ve booked my flight to decide, I think.

Hey guys! Is there any way to know which skaters are confirmed to be at the event? I would like to know the lineup for man's performances :devilYuzu:

Thank you! :tumblr_inline_mzx8s4JRlX1r8msi5:

No official entry list from the ISU website yet but some countries have announced who they'll send. Keep in mind that WD of big names usually happens at Worlds post Olympics (Patrick didn't compete at Worlds'14 after Sochi and I'm willing to bet he won't compete in Milan).

Country Men
Canada Patrick Chan
Keegan Messing
Spain

Javier Fernández

Japan Yuzuru Hanyu
Keiji Tanaka
Shoma Uno
UK Phillip Harris
USA Nathan Chen
Adam Rippon
Vincent Zhou

I've questions about bringing gifts to throw on the ice. Given my limited financial capablity, how much is a reasonable amount of money to spend? What are some suggestions to buy since I intend to support other skaters as well.

Echoing what @Winnie_20 said, I think a sweet letter of support is more than enough :) Especially if you put it in a bright envelope so it doesn't get missed by the little flower boys/girls! Yuzu has said that he keeps all the letters and donates the Poohs, so if you write a letter they'd be more likely to keep it :)

I'm gonna have to thank you for mentioning this. It reminded me that I keep forgetting to do one important thing, and that's wrap the plastic roses and toy flowers I bought. Not necessarily in anything bright, but definitely *some* sort of wrap. The pooh bears are safe enough, they're not gonna fall apart, but I'd rather not see the flowers lose some leaves on the ice.

It'll be a nice little task during my Olympics dead-of-night figure skating viewing sessions...

I wonder if Javier might withdraw at this year's Worlds as well... I guess it depends if he medals in PC. He might be content with his result.

Javi is a tough one to consider. Because Milan is relatively close to 'home', I'd think he may want to make Worlds a final farewell to his fans.

Then again, I doubt there is any kind of pressure from his skating federation to go to Milan and do well in order to grab 2 or 3 spots for Worlds 2019... unlike (I would imagine) the Japanese.
