This. Plus in most interviews he seems determined to go to Milan. Brian has actually said that while Worlds after Olympics is always hard, he generally encourages his skaters to go. I'm pretty sure baring exhaustion or injury, both Yuzu and Javi will be there. (Hopefully dominating again! Pretty please!)

Oh! This I didn't know. It's great that he feels motivated and doesn't have any physical issues whatsoever.

Hello, so this might me kind of a stupid question and I'm not sure it really belongs in this thread, but I wanna go to worlds and I've never been to a fs competition before. So I'm asking for some advice: is there something crucial I should know about and stuff? (I know this is really vague lol, I have no idea what I'm doing.) Also, is there anyone here from the Czech republic going? Just wandering

My friend and I are going from Czech Republic! We have tickets for man's short program (22.3) and are leaving CZ by plane 21.3.

Organisers are asking for the audience to bring stuffed animals, which will be donated to four local organizations... and specifically mention Yuzu and Pooh as being the reason for the recent popularity of throwing stuffed toys onto the ice at figure skating events. :-)

I wish they had said this earlier (though I basically knew it anyway ^_^; ), since I finally found a Pooh plushie on Sunday, but decided not to get it after all... >_<

I'm gonna try and bring as many Poohs as possible. I'm sure I'll have a few spares to throw. :animated-smileys-hands-fingers-01:

Oh good to know. I'll be leaving on the 21st as well  I wonder if it's the same flight? I'm taking the 12:35 flight.

I never start these things, but since I mentioned it in the General Chat in passing, now I kind of like the idea... so would anyone be interested in improvising something for the TCC team to show our gratitude for their support for Yuzu and try to give it to them in Milan? Right now I can only think of a notebook or so of handwritten messages from fans we could actually gather then, but other ideas are, of course, welcome. I'm not sure I'm up for organizing anything big, though lol

anyone selling tickets for milan? i'm looking for 2 tickets on ice level. there are still a few available on the website, but wanted to check here first to see if anyone is selling.

There is someone selling Gold tickets over for the Mens events and Gala on YHIFG. They didn't say which blocks the seats are located though.

:thanks:

I might quite literally just swoop in for the men's short and fly in and out on the same day but at least I'll be there for a tiny bit? I might even catch the end of practice  :POOH:

If it’s literal swooping then you must! I want to see such a feat!

(Also, Chopin is worth all the swooping. I think. Most likely. Definitely.)
