iirc there have never been any footage about his lisfranc injury recovery. And probably there will be no footage this time, even months after Olympics. Just because it doesn't exist.

To be honest, if I was recovering from an injury, I'd hate to have cameras around to record it and show the public all the vulnerable, painful moments in the road to recovery.

Even if they have footage might be better not to show it.

 Cheeky boy.

BTW I'd love to know where in the video he says this because I wanna see his face when he says it.  Help?

If Cricket rules are in work, there will be no footage of recovery. That is a point to no-media except for media days- to let the inhuman perfect athletes be humans, even if for a little while. I've just reread an article about the Battle of Two Brians, and considering the situation surrounding them back then, I don't think Brian will allow this ban to go any time soon, since he experienced the pressure of 24/7 follow himself...

Ofc, I wasn't expecting to see him on a treatment table,  but I was hopping to see something new,  ... not some painful NHK footage. We've had enough of those all these months ...

It was the TCC interview, with the white ANA jacket, in front of those windows overlooking the rink. After which he looks to the side and then stands up and reaches to remove the microphone. Interview over :P

Actually, when he looked at the side, it was more that "who, me? I'm an innocent little angel" look, I think. But still quite hilarious, actually :P (Especially after all the footage of Shoma and Nathan jumping, for me at least).

This was one very painful documentary, please no more of this:tumblr_m9gcvqToXY1qzckow:Why did they have to show all that NHK footage

I guess I'll go listen to Brian's "Solid yes" on loop now.

Tried to watch it but stopped halfway through....

I wasn't expecting much to be honest but I definitely thought it would be a light optimistic piece to hype everyone for his return, but this was quite distressing. I don't understand Japanese so I have no idea what is being said and the tone of the documentary is depressing, I am not sure this is something I want to watch before the Olympics

Do they have something good or happy to say at the end? or at all?

I thought you were  quoting the title of a song and for a moment I was taken aback, like: "What? Brian also sings?! Why didn't I know this??"

well, that "solid yes" is music to our ears, soooo... :animated-smileys-hands-fingers-01:

I just want to say we are all furious at this documentary here (I mean in Japan).

Why do I have to see the moment of Yuzu's injury again and again? It was so painful that I switched off the TV twice.

Why do I have to see Shoma eating steak? I had been looking forward to see this documentary in the past weeks, and now I'm so disappointed.

こんな番組見なきゃ良かった。楽しみにしていた時間を返してほしい。

This is the most horrible TV program about Yuzu I've ever seen!!!

I've been feeling so optimistic and happy lately, but they just had to show THAT and it made me so sick again  Ughhh.

Stop hurting us with that footage of the fall, just stop :animated-smileys-angry-033:

I have wasted almost all my day at work just to be so dissappointed and sad. I'll try to calm down listening to Chopin Concerto No1 and hoping Yuzu will skate to it some day .
