Jorik withdrew? That's too bad! He's one of my faves.

I think that poster looks creepy. Whoever does marketing for USFSA needs to be replaced. Their "Get Up" campaign has been the subject of much ridicule.

Oh I’m glad I’m not the only one creeped out by the lighting in that photo. They did it for the official photos too (this weird shadowed centre of face lighting) and I’m just like. WHY. That’s not flattering lighting for anyone

(I’m incredibly pissed off at whoever put the ‘Nathan Chen’ so far away from the rest of the quote and so close to his hand)

I used to make tables of skaters assigned to each GP using favorite photos of them during their performances and stopped doing it after a few years seeing so many withdrawal.
But GPS this year is...
Take care, Jorik, and get better soon!

They are so many ...

I don't know if this isn't going to change with the way things are going but the start orders should be the following:

pffft who cares about these ice talk people

like, who are they again?

their words don't mean shit

at the end of the day, it's the isu judges/tech panel who decide if the skater medals or not so it's not like what anyone says matters unless it's those who are giving the scores.  this is why fair judging is so important but oh well, when has subjective sports like skating, gymnastics, etc EVER been fair?  as history has taught us, so much  of it comes down to bias, politics, bribery, scandals...

your 'pfffft whatever'- attitude together with your profile pic of that thing slurping noodles is hilarious

where would you find such a profile picture anyways?
