I'll never stop being amazed at how much of a masterpiece Seimei is, music mash-up wise. It's like... it was made to be skated. Without the skating, it loses half the strenght. Skating and music complete each other.

It's the latin dance theme. If you look up pictures of latindances you come across alot of dress with cut outs and also a lot of barely there dresses. One reason I was never into competetive dancing...
