The choice was between Liza and Evgenia, not Stanislava. Liza definitely deserved 3rd spot. her score at international competitions is higher and she has 3A. There are two explanation:either RusFed is corrupted and this decision is dictated by favoritism or they are just sincerely rooting for Evgenia and totally ignored bases of fair sport. Anyway I feel sorry for Liza and wish her not to give up.

Honestly RusFed is a joke. This is such a difficult season for Alina, Liza and Sofia and Federation just adds more anxiety. I feel so sorry for girls.

There is always risk... I've read her interviews and as I understand she loves jumps, Sasha said- if you have strong technique you'll minimize the risk No one forces her to do quads. she chose such path.

She is only 14, do we really ask for programs with 3 quads and lots of transitions between them? we should give her some time. what she's doing is not just amazing, it's revolutionary.

Sasha's name is already written in history, she is remarkable and shocking. From what I' ve seen her FP is really good and suits her, after all it was only test skates.

Unpopular opinion- I just love Alina's new SP, it is even more difficult than "Swan", great entry on 2A, 3F-stunning, the timing of the jump was perfect, her spins are even better, StSq are musical and gentle.
