One point just popped up into my mind, my friends and I plan to take taxi to Belorusky station from Megasport arena for saving time catch up the flight.

But according to Google map it's a very short distance. Will the taxi driver refuse to take us because of the very low fare?

Or should I reserve a taxi through Yandex Taxi APP in advance? With that APP there is a flag-fall price so we may be more welcomed?

No, taxi drivers won't refuse, there's a flat rate with any taxi driver - you don't go under a certain limit. 

But it's probably wiser to reserve a taxi.

I guess they allocated these to the travel companies offering tour packages?

Maybe if they are unsold they will be put back into the pool of tickets for sale.

Not sure how likely that would be though.

I kinda feel most A block tickets are reserved with Japanese tours.
