Ok, shortly, it will be possible to hang up banners, but it's going to be regulated to the Res Fed. They want to know how many banners there're likely to be, so they ask to send them at the following info: the photos or mockups of your banner, its size (exceptionally large ones won't be accepted - the banners shouldn't be higher than the railings) and the seat where the owner of the banner will be sitting.

If there are any writings in any other language but Russian, they should be translated.

You should send a copy of your email to Megasport Arena too

When they have some idea how many they're going to have they'll tell us when we can put them up - either an hour before the open practice on October 19th or perhaps even Wednesday. They'll inform us where they allow hanging banners only right before the CoR starts.
There will also be a box/some boxes for gifts, most likely in the foyer, and there will be volunteers taking those. There won't be separate boxes for each skater, so you have to write legibly who you're giving your gift.

If you'd like to know the relevant emails, PM me - the emails get edited out by the forum... Sorry!

hi Fay, I have banner shall be hanged, is that OK I send you relevant info by message? Or could you share their email address? If it's same as the one in their website could they accept English email?

Thank you.

hi guys!

i need some help with the purchase of tickets

basically, parter.ru did not accept my VISA card and my parents' VISA card

so i picked the option "Pick up in the outlet – payment in the outlet"

does that mean i just have to visit the outlet and pay by cash when i arrive in moscow in october? or do they require payment within a certain number of days?

thanks

Or you could do a bank transfer. It takes longer time and a bit costly with processing fee ans potential loss in FX rate but it works.

Haha no problem. Been there as well so totally understand. Let me know if you need any help;  I think I still keep the full bank information.

Guys, I'm not sure if it's correct to say this, but although I'm completely useless in matters of visa or bank, I have my exam schedule settled now, and the exams should end before the competition. This means that I will be free and I will be happy to help with some simple things already in Moscow (as an orientation in the city or places to visit). My English is far from perfect, but since I will be completely free at this time, for me there will be no problems, for example, to meet someone on the subway and guide to the hotel. I know there are people who are fine, being on their own, but although I myself almost always travel alone, I would be glad if in an unfamiliar city I had someone who could come to the rescue. In other words, feel free to write me, if necessary. It will only be a joy for me.

Hey i had a similiar problem and just send a mail to their support. Turns out they had locked my credit card for some reason (visa as well) and after they unlocked it I could pay as usual. So try to mail them!

Guys do you think there are any chances they're going to release more tickets??

Someone is selling tickets on russian site for FS, I can ask them for a contact if you want.
