Is it possible to rename the OT emoji so it would appear when you search for it, or maybe put it with other signs emojis

I renamed it but first it didn't get saved (unfortunately it happens often ) so I reuploaded it to Signs emoticons and it will pop up if you start search for "offtopic".

What was it like? I don't know why but this has been at the back of my head for a while and I couldn't help but ask. 

I am not admins or banned, but I've seen the "banned!" emoji several times, and I think it isn't necessarily used to actually ban someone from this place. 
I don't recall exact occasions or situations, but in my impression, it is used mainly by non-admins when they jokingly dismiss someone's opinion or confession, like, when someone said that they could not accept something Yuzu says, does, wears, etc., or that they love other skaters more than Yuzu, or something like that.
