This person says his 4A was entered from double three-turns, like he did with the 3A in the second half of SEIMEI

Wow, for once I'm glad to be stuck at work at midnight. Otherwise I wouldn't have checked the Planet and wod have missed all this excitement til morning

Wow - that's a late shift!   Glad you could join the last part of the chaotic day/evening.  I was following from the moment he entered the arena, via tweets only, and it was a very surreal and mind-bending experience.  Part of what makes it so special to hang out with you all!  I am going to relax a bit more now, knowing that he has the nessie under his wings now, more or less, and will be able to reach even higher in his performance.  Can't wait for Roncappu - which will be both sublime and joyful, no doubt.  I hope you will get some rest so that you can prepare for the coming days of JNats roller coaster ride!

He's a magnificent, glorious madman, and I couldn't be more proud to be his fan if I tried

Thinking about how, 24h ago, I was pretty sure we wouldn't see Nessie attempts, and now...:003:

I like current timeline better😁😁

All three 4a attempts look << or <, but I think I understand him more now.

Still long way to go.

I wake up this morning and what do I read? Yuzu landed 4A 😲 (although not perfect). We all

know, that he never gives up to  achieve his goals. So proud of him.

Yuzu's interview after the practice

So great to see him on the ice again.

Thanks for breaking this website, Yuzu :10814716:

can't believe he's competing tomorrow. I still need to recover from today's practice

So the planet was also shaking as his practices took place...

:puddingpooh:

Thanks all PH admins for the fixing and satellites for your updates!

It was the biggest shaking so far in the past 4.5 years, since the Planet was born. Coincidence? *raises eyebrows*

My personal thought is that those are pretty good attempts, very controlled and actually looking like a solid jump now. Also this is his first open practice in months, so very understandable that it will take him some time to get back the feelings/concentration needed for performing in public. They were obviously underrotated (about half rotation missing) but he also said that he was focusing on the axel not the rotations. Balancing these two: controlling the axel and increasing the rotations is probably going to take a little more time but….

Perfect complete 4A is there, very near. The improvement since April is very huge, very very huge.

Well-done Yuzu. GOAT!

Yeah, the improvement is big and these are much better attempts than in April. It really looks like the shape of a 4A now. The last attempt looked also cleaner than the previous ones, perhaps only < and now downgraded. As he said he was focusing on other things than the rotation. The jump really looks more controlled now, and the rotation looks faster to me. It takes more time to figure out completely but he's getting closer and closer. Cogratulations Yuzu!

I forgot about the excitement about Rondo too, we'll see snippets of the program from practice and the program tomorrow. :cheer:
