New to this forum, sorry if this isn't the right place, but how many hours until the SP practice? There's still 1 more practice before the competition?

Hi and welcome!:67638860:

According to the schedule the 4th group practice should start in about 1h (9.55 jst)

No other practice before the sp (for Men's)

Wow! Yuzu's progress is even clearer in this photo comparison than the side-by-side videos. :knc_yuzu1:

His axis was so perfect on the JNats attempt. This is absolutely amazing! :clapping-smiley:

And look how big the jump was compared to the WTT attempt. The distance he covered with one single jump! The height was also incredible. I would really love to have some ice scope analysis and numbers on this one.

This indeed looks awesome, but the montage from yesterday is a good, old OpOpepepenpenenn. Notice poeple in background.

now that you pointed it out…

ok, so this montage is not good to assess distance, but still gives a clear picture of take off and height. both look soooo impressive

His 3A3Lo looks even better from this angle, like woah....

i imagine that they weren't trying to show distance in this montage... the OoOopPpPPeNN fiasco was when they compared that to someone else's montage which had far less....OoOoopenness if you know what i mean

Welcome to the Planet @Pianistliz:wave:

Comparison of his 3 attempts from yesterday. It seems to me the 3rd one has the most airtime. Ganba, Yuzu!!!

No idea if first axel is a part of his mini SP RT, but I guess it means that SP layout is either 4s 4t3t 3a or 3a 4s 4t3t. Most likely first option.

Doesn't it look like his jumps are even more flowy, light and tight on the axis then before?

Or is it just my imagination, because I haven't seen him skate in such a long time🤔
