    @PPOS this is for you One OK Rock singing Be the Light to Yuzu's exquisite skating and some documentary footage When this was originally posted, I commented that of many lights shining after the earthquake/tsunami disaster, Yuzuru is one of the brightest.... (you may have seen it already I know!) I love his resilience, determination, compassion for others, hope, and joy x

    Not sure where to post this song called "Heartache" by One OK Rock - it's so lovely and Taka's voice is Amazing in this song - I thought of Yuzuangel's avatar which says "It's not love if it doesn't hurt" as I was listening to it, and thought of how most of us love Yuzu quite a lot (in addition to loving his skating), and that can be a bit like heartache as our love will forever be unrequieted. "I miss you" is part of the lyric too, and we do miss Yuzu especially in the off season (been lucky this year with Fantasy on Ice!). So, have a listen and hope you enjoy it as much as I do - Taka, like Yuzu, is a great performer.(and they both make people cry!)

    It's lovely, and very sad, and hopeful I saw that documentary when Yuzu went back to the sites of the tsunami, and it was so heartbreaking - and Yuzuru carried such guilt which was so much to bear for a young man......but those young people at the newly rebuilt school were fantastic and raised his spirits a lot I think - they were so excited to see him and asked to see his "pistol pose" - he was amazed and shocked at their excitement wasn't he! Thanks for posting these @Hydroblade - we have to remember that sometimes out of disaster and tragedy comes hope and light

    ridiculous...........so talented so young.....and this was the year of the earthquake and tsunami which caused him such trauma.........he's so resilient and determined, admirable qualities. Hard not to love him!

    Yuzu is such a unique personality, I just love him to bits!!

    I loved it when he used to be so unconcerned about making mistakes (in English, skating, jumping, whatever).............there was a real openness and naturalness about his personality that was so endearing.......I hope after the Olympic season is over he can relax a bit more as he is a joy when he is relaxed and happy eg. FaOI recently!!
