  1. GPF is the least important even amongst the next four competitions...hope she will make the decision which is best for herself and her health. Get well very soon, Zhenya!
  2. I decided to update Yuzuru's profile on Wikipedia in my language, because it's a bit empty now, and I want to make sure that it will be up-to-date in this season. I'm still writing his bio and translating some informations, but soon I have to figure out how to edit some things (does anyone maybe have any experience in editing on Wiki?) I hope I can finish it soon and that I'm not too late doing this. I wanted to do it earlier but I didn't really have time for that...Anyway. It's the only time that I use the translated version of his name, which is unusal because otherwise I use his English name (but I admit that when I talk to myself I usually say Hanyu Yuzuru Probably because it feels more natural because the name order in my language is the same as in Japanese).
  3. I think it's GPF 2015, because of the purple logo on the ice which had 'Barcelona' written on it + the k&c colours in the background.
  4. Nice thread! Happy birthday to Evgenia!
  5. If the thread will be moving as fast as it did in the last couple of days, we'll reach 2000 within a week or maybe two, probably still in November
  6. It's so beautiful Can someone please translate what he says?
  7. Alina was nameless for a year? How is it possible
  8. Update on Ivett Toth: after she WD from Rostelecom Cup because of her leg injury, she went back to Switzerland in October and started on ice practices about a month ago. She practices the triples and does lots of off ice training to get her muscles back. She wanted to compete at Warsaw Cup this coming weekend but then she decided not go...her first competition in the season will be the Santa Claus Cup in the beginning of December. I'm planning to go there, but the short program and free skate will be on workdays, hopefully the seniors will skate later in the evening when I'll have time to go the competition.
  9. What a nice article and translation, thank you so much, @Fay!
  10. 94 pages until 1994!!!
  11. 'L' for landing the 4Lz?
  12. However difficult to say this, it's better to skip a GP event and the Grand Prix Final than to risk an even bigger injury, or injuries, before the Olympic Games. He's in good hands, and I'm sure that he gets the best treatment. I hope that the latest news are true but at this point, there are lots of controversial infos and we still don't know any details about the injury itself. I can only hope now that the recovery process won't take too long and that he will come back as soon as possible. And I'm sure that he will come back stronger, as he always does. I think all we can do is to support him and send him our most positive wishes and energies, so that he can feel the love and support from us. He said sorry that he made people worry for him...I really don't want him to feel any additional pressure because people worry for him. It's a very difficult situation for him and it's better now if he can only focus on himself. Yuzu is very strong and I said..he will come back stronger. And I strongly believe that at the end, he will get a reward for all the struggles he's been going through now.
  13. Tobias/Tkachenko withdrew, Coomes/Buckland will skate instead of them. I voted for Hubbell/Donohue for the bronze medal, but I'd like to change my vote for Penny and Nick. Is it possible to change it?
  14. It's beautiful, thank you so much again!
  15. It was Ghislain (Eta: I was convinced it was Ghislain but @kaeryth posted the video which shows it was really David.)
  16. Yes, it's that! Yuzu's reaction after that was Uncle Kurt's favourite moment from the competition
