It would be a bit OT in the CiONTU thread so I'll bring this here: I'd like to show some love for Zigeunerweisen which is very underrated While it's not amongst my favourites but it is still nice enough costume imo! I always laugh at the strawberry comparison but I can see the reason why it looks like a strawberry cake I think the costume matched to the music, csárdás and it also looked good young Yuzuru too. I can see lots of influences of the music in the costume, for example red colour is typically used for csárdás, Mao's costume for her free skate in 2006/2007 was a good example for this too. But also the black frills or the black XxX parts on the shoulders/neck part are used for this type of music. I also like the asymmetric design of it, hough it is not really related to the music itself, it was probably something that Johnny suggested (but Yuzu wears costumes with asymmetric design quite often like he already did in his novice years, and he also wore lots of these costume later like RJ2, POTO1, Etude, H&L so for Zigeunerweisen maybe it was suggested by Yuzu's mother or they came up with the idea together). I was surprised that Yuzu chose to wear this costume again after six years but I think he still looks very lovely in it

I could only just repeat everything you mentioned above, so I try to think about other highlights which haven't been mentioned yet. Tessa and Scott's winning two more gold medals in PyeongChang and becoming the most decorated Olympians in figure skating. Their FD at the Olympics was incredible. I also think their SD was sassy and brilliant especially at the GPF and at the Olympics. Aliev's free skate at Europeans and his silver medal Vanessa and Morgan's Sound of Silence at the World Championships gave me goosebumps, it was incredibly powerful and emotional The return of Sota and his beautiful programs at Japanese Nationals. I teared up watching him skate Zhenya's return at the Europeans, her free skate was very moving and with full of emotions seeing Han Yan's amazing skating skills and 3A at the Olympics Voronov having a successful GP season overall Javi finally reaching his goal and winning a medal at the Olympic Games seeing four live competitions and meeting with so many fans and satellites making the best (and probably the craziest) decision of my life when I decided two weeks before the men's individual competition that I would go to the Olympic Games. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me which I'll never forget.

Rájött, hogy ha így tenne, akkor a fiatalkori önmagát csapná be - azt akinek megmondta az első edzője, hogy meg kell ugornia majd a 4A-t, ha egyszer felnő. De szerencsére jó kezekben van most is, már pár hete újra Torontoban van, ahol vigyáznak rá Én úgy vagyok vele, hogy már nincs mit bizonyítania és ezért pontokban mérhető rekordokban nem is gondolkodom, de a hátralevő céljai elérésében teljesen támogatom és csak kívánom neki, hogy élvezze a karrierje hátralevő részét

Amibe szerintem még belegondolni is csodálatos! Az olimpia óta eltelt interjúi alapján egyelőre annyit lehet tudni, hogy szeretné folytatni a korcsolyázást Yuzu, mert vannak még tervei a sportban. Elsősorban a négyfordulatos Axel a célja. De egyelőre a legfontosabb, hogy zökkenőmentesen haladjon a rehabilitációval, és időben meggyógyuljon a lába, ami még mindig sérült.
