So apparently Yuzu has been on this podium 3 times, each at a different position! 

I was just going "at least they had a medal for Yuzu in 2013" but I realized that was it, no flowers, no watches, nothing. Like wth France At least IdF this year has it all, even though the medal is switched for a star instead

If French Fed will have trouble with money next year too, they can sell this podium to some crazy Yuzu fan. That would be the most extra Yuzu related thing to have in a collection

Well, we had to have SOME fun at this competition... 

It could be used as a snack tray... or a planter for cacti and succulents... the base of a planter... garden ornament... so many uses for those stars... thank you, French federation for giving skaters a unique decorating item!!!

I'll still hold to it - the Rostelecom Cup was the best GP event so far.

The GP needs to be moved to Spain in my opinion. I mean there was hardly anyone in the seats and they awarded plastic stars it's as bad as a plastic medals from last year!

I can't wrap  my head  over the  idea  of the  stars  instead of  the  medals. What's the point?  Why  reinvent things ?  Are they're  trying  to be  creative  or what? They say  this  for a reason : "If it  ain't  broke , don't  fix it":  medals have  been awarded at sport events  for  ages, and so  far  it has  worked  really well.  ,
