I'm noticing that there seems to be an increased level of intensity of fans. I know it's an olympic season, but nuts nevertheless! 

I just watched fs from Asahi broadcast and he said to Brian that he didn't want to change his layout after the failed combo.. He has grown 

the YOLO will come back. Im sure 

Btw, regarding the "cheering for Nathan's mistakes" incident... I TRIED with all my might to hope for him to bomb. But I just couldn't. I kinda thought that Yuzuru would hope for Nathan to do his best, would hope for him to win because he knew he made mistakes in the free. 

 

What leaves me pained is the... proximity of their scores  thinking that "if only Yuzu's PCS were tot higher and Nathan's PCS were tot lower"... as they might/should have been... But other than that, I really always hope for everyone to do their best. 

 

Maybe I have more trouble with Shoma because of how he saves his jumps... but that discussion's for another day

I think the time off the ice is still showing. He loses muscle really quickly, doesn't he (despite the extra around the shoulders and chest, that's not what he needs the most)? An ectomorph, I think he'd be called, which makes him sound like an alien, aptly enough. That week of rest will have really slowed him down, and it will take way more time to build it up again. I shudder to imagine what he went through coming back from his injuries and his surgery. This boy has come back from so much. We really should have more faith in his bloodyminded stubbornness which means he has to be the best.

H&L is more balanced...for jumps.. so you can Yolo...SEIMEI's jumps are so close...it is also why when he bombs one, it is easy to bomb the second and third immediately.

 

This was my first real competition as a Yuzu fan. All the up and downs is crazy but I'm not disappointed in his silver. He fought for it and I know he will be fine tuning everything for NHK. 

now I just wanna say...should I edit my drawing again? like for how many times... 

Report from the arena, yes he did not skate as fast as he could but he was still the fastest today in the arena. He did not slow down during step sequence or choreographic sequence. He will be fine. 

 

I am glad to see he landed the 4lz. He did not do well with 4lz this morning practice so this is an amazing achievement. I think this is the best GP he ever has so people should stop worrying. 

 

History just repeats itself so fast. He will be very very fine by the Olympic.
