Success! haha. I like to look on the bright side, plus Yuzu and Brian seemed pleased so I really think this was more the priority rather than getting gold - performing the programs without Yuzuru's habitual invalidation party, land the 4lz, raise the average.

 

Yuzuru looked quite a bit slower than usual. Hopefully just a bit tired or being cautious? Nathan skated well and deserved to win and I'm happy they are being nice to each other in the press con. I think Nathan still has work to do but he's improved by leaps and bounds in PCS since last season and I love his FS music choice, it has some really nicely choreographed parts and little memorable moments he really lacked last season.

He was huffing and puffing after and skated with his mouth open. Hope he can build up his stamina quickly.

Alot of cute Yuzu-Brian moment and I live for it. And their conversation at KnC is priceless. "Its your best first comp". They know everything haha 

 

And I love that Yuzu and Nathan showed a very good sportmanship to each other at press con. They're both smart young men who didn't let the media effect them. And I'm so touched to see Kikuchi-san hugged Brian tightly after Yuzu finished. He's really in good hands.Lets try our best to ignore media trash. Its the same as every year. People bash him even when he skate clean and break WR. Yuzu has been through this for years, he knows it and he keep improve and skate better. I hope we fans can learn that from him too. For me, I'm satisfy his performances here. It could be better, but also it could be worse.

On the side note, I love the little new details on costume.

TBH, except silver and material to bad propaganda, everything else was great in this CoR...propaganda is really bad though but we have history of pattern to support.

 

And speaking of Yolo, SEIMEI is really a hard program with no place to YOLO combo when it is missed...I am worried...since beginning....
