I have the feeling that Yuzu gave up  after the 43 - not in a surrendering to the situation sense, but in an I choose to let this one go sense. He wasn't fighting for some elements and even hesitated before his spin/step sequence. I hope it's him taking care of his health.

No surprise with javi being ahead.. really. Yuzu had a really rough go. That pancake was flat today. I am sure whatever issues there were will be addressed, be it injury, confidence, rust... etc.. There is a month to go before the season starts to count at all.

Sorry Nam, but I think Yuzu really needs that silver with "Skate Canada" written on it.
