Guys, the ticket website for NHK Trophy is up! There's a section for purchasing tickets for foreigners!

OMGOMGOMGOMG

If anyone is amazing at booking tickets, please let me know. I officially have 3rd world internet speeds (actually named as such by surveys on world internet rankings) until October. TT_TT

Which should I aim for, arena or stand SS?

Do they not have open practices at NHK? Or do the foreigner tickets alone not have practice included? They're expensive, but I expected as much... It's good we have time to decide which tickets to try for...

As far as I know, none of the Japanese events have open practice, so neither NHK or GPF will have them, sadly. On the other hand, there'll be PLENTY of news about how many times Yuzu has fallen in his practices in the papers. :headdesk:

I knew some didn't but I hoped at least the international ones would :yznotimpressed:

And I'm also confused by the two tickets per order limit... Has anyone bought NHK tickets from there last year? How does that work when there are three days and you need separate tickets? Or maybe different orders are possible...

If nobody knows, I'll try sending an e-mail...

I'm pretty sure I've seen footage of open practices for at least nationals in a documentary. The screen at the arena was displaying NO PHONES OR CAMERAS ALLOWED or something similar.

As for two tickets per order, I'm sure they would mean per day.

Isn't it two tickets per day?

Does all event ticket include gala access?

Are people in stand ss able to throw poohs into rink?

I wonder why foreigners can't buy all event tickets. :yznotimpressed:

Edit: It seems all event tickets are e-tickets, linked to your mobile phone and requiring a Japanese phone number, so that would be why. I read on last years website that the colour of your e-ticket changes if you try to access it with a different phone number so we are probably out of luck with that one.

Can anyone cofirm? That's what it looks like to me but I can't be trusted.

I am wondering if a Japanese person who is living abroad can buy all event tickets...

Google translate tells me that only people in arena seats can throw poohs.

Kiss and cry will be SS east side.

Also:

Can I view official exercises?

A. It is private and can not be viewed. However, depending on the opening time, there may be official practice. We ask for your cooperation not to hinder practice.

Maybe they mean warmup?

I think as long as you have a Japanese mobile phone number or know a nice person who can lend you their phone for 3 days. Please don't take my word for it but going by this years website which says all event is e-tickets only and last years which detailed the reselling prevention technology, I think that's right.

Cool.then all event ticket is not helpful. Still don't know why it is day by day not event by event...

Is there any Japanese member who can help us? It would be easier if they help to explain everything :snonegai:

Is reselling strictly prevented? Just curious...

Buying tickets for someone else is not reselling I think..It can be a gift...Idk...

Is the ticket selling like if you are so lucky to get your first order, you will never get a second after you finish the first? And it is lottery?
