Well I at least finally sold my spares. The rest I guess will just be an expensive reminder of the magic that could have been, though I'm sure I'll find a buyer. I'll make someone a buyer. 

I can wait until March 15th at midnight... I don't have much hopes of selling my tickets, though they're pretty good, so who knows... there is however the whole complication of having to pick them up at the venue, with ID...

 

I'm going to wait until he says something clearly. I believe he won't wait too long, because he has to give Mura enough time to prepare.

 

ETA: I just had the weird idea, that if I don't go and don't manage to sell my tickets, to ask someone here who is going to still pick up my tickets and send them as a souvenir ^_^;;;

I am still hopeful, but at the same time I don't want Yuzu to go...

I have tickets for the men's short and free, but I didn't buy gala tickets and now these are sold out. Do you think it will be possible to find tickets for gala if Yuzu attends? Maybe they'll sell some at the venue? Or more tickets will appear after Olys? I am almost ready to pay for the gala ticket now even if I'm 99% sure he will not go. 

And I just saw I did get the insurance policy, too... bus as far as I can tell, that's only for people who live in Italy...

He still doesn't have his ankle checked (I guess so) but he will certainly do it after Olys and then decide.

If Yuzu goes, then I think it will be difficult to find but not impossible. There are always people who can't go for some reason and they sell their tickets. Just keep your eyes open and try to buy the ticket as soon as possible if you find one.

It's also possible that some tickets will appear after the Olympics.

I think so, too. He'll probably go home next week and do his check-ups and then depending on what the doctors say, decide what he's going to do. If they say something like 2 weeks recovery or even 3 weeks recover, I think he'll go, but anything beyond that he won't. I'm sure he WANTS to go, but isn't willing to risk his health for it anymore. Which makes sense.

I think it depends will they sell some more tickets on the official site or no. You never know, they can hold smth for post-Oly time.

I am still hopeful... I have to be. 

My commitment as volunteer isn't 'just a week' day. I'm skipping the ability to work on that week, to go to uni classes that week, to go to therapy. So, I don't feel too guilty for wanting him to come... but of course, I'll accept his absence if the doctors tell him that continuing skating, even for just one week between practices and the competition, will be bad for his recovery.

I have Men's FS and Gala - although I have seen Yuzu live in 3 competitions, I have never seen the Gala so I was determined this time as I MUST I MUST I MUST see him skate Notte Stellata!!  So he better come for the Gala folks or I will fight him!! (1 tiny 3A and a miniscule delayed single A.....it can't hurt....and he IS the defending Champion, he should at least make an appearance shouldn't he?? It's only polite! and he is very polite - hey, hope you are reading/listening Mr Hanyu!!)

...especially after your 14 triple axels today plus quads in practice, most looking pretty perfect.....
