Honestly I'm really worried about Covid at the Olympics. If I translated that correctly a commentary on the team competition will be broadcast on "news every" tomorrow. I pray no more infections..these athletes have worked so hard for this day
January 25, 20224 yr Lots of info in this thread about how to watch the Olympics from all round the globe. Sorry if posted already! This post has been tagged by yuzuangel as [NEWS].
January 25, 20224 yr We all know you can get omicron very easily and sometimes despite your best efforts to remain safe. However, it seems like in Russia, at this most important time of the athletes' sporting lives, they played fast and loose with their safety. I just cannot understand this situation of having no bubble right before leaving for the Games. This is the most crucial time to be negative. Testing positive now means you're done and it bothers me that they didn't create a bubble earlier, especially considering super spreading omicron. What a stupid way for dreams to end. Poor kolyada. I was really looking forward to seeing him and White crow.... and possible redemption after Korea. Hope he recovers well. There will probably be more cases now, and even more with the testing they will be doing in Beijing.

The Covid protocols for the Olympics must've been common knowledge for months and it's also been known for weeks how fast Omicron spreads and how easily transmittable it is. They're acting like they're participating in a competition in Russia.
January 25, 20224 yr and i wonder if they will be honest with reporting cases. what if their top athletes get it and they still decide to hide it. boy i hope no other athletes get in contact with them..such horrible ethics. they need to be banned from the next olympic if thats the case. theyve been the bad fruits for too long with multiple corruption cases
