And yes I think Rika ran a lot, and that running exercise has to do with calculating an athlete's "potential" or something? 1 - I had a heart attack when I saw/heard Raf speak Russian?? I didn't know?? Or I did know but I think I forgot. That man scares me did I already say this 2 - listening Eteri speak... I cannot really bring myself to fully reject her. She is very direct and honest and she clearly sees things in her own way. She may be stubborn and blind under certain aspects. But she is not as crazy/narcissistic as she could be. My former acting teacher was 10 times her ego. Maybe I am too used to delusional people though LOL.

I think the thing is - from Brian's perspective, he's always going to be a 'boy' because he is so much younger than him! And also, it's usual that people in their twenties are referred to 'boys' and 'girls' in the Western culture, I believe.

I have the same experience with lentils. I don't know why, my cooking skills are above average Italian person I'd say, but lentils are my Arch-nemesis and I always forget them when I put them on boil, so they end up carbonizing all my pots. OT but if it's somehow related I've been binging on Yuzuru content all day long. How many days till FAOI? pretty much as many days as my uni exams, right? Because Yuzuru has the perfect timing of skating publicly exactly when I should ONLY be studying. Oh well, at least I'm somewhat also studying Seimei history.

My guess (and how I interpret that personally) is that while watching Yuzuru skate makes you feel like he's born to skate, as he does every movement so naturally, like it's within him, with Javier you get the feeling he's been polished and refined and he has 'constructed' his skating skills 'above' his character, instead of pulling the skills from within himself. I wouldn't say Javier is the only skater with this characteristic though. On the contrary, I'd say most skaters skate that way, while Yuzuru is the only skater, right now, who has the ability to be so natural on the ice, you have no idea of the endless effort and practice behind that wonderful performance. In short, everybody looks like they're trying hard, and few succeed in incorporating figure skating movements into their own character (from the top of my head I'm thinking Patrick Chan, I'm thinking Deniss Vasilievs), but with Yuzuru it's unbelievable how there's no effort at all, beauty and speed out of nowhere, skating like it's what he does since birth.

I love eating and I love cooking. I am opposite of Yuzu from this point of view. I'd do well as a substitute mom/wife. I have experience in boys primarily using me for my cooking skills

This kind of behavior from Eteri makes her character more clear to me, I think. I don't think she said those comments simply to save face, but because she is probably hurt by Evgenia wanting to "rebel" and outgrow her, thus her reaction is an immature one. She can't accept that her and Evgenia's ways are simply incompatible right now - she has to try and pinpoint the problem somewhere along Evgenia being hurt for Olympic silver. I guess, if she and Evgenia haven't really talked about the split... this isn't even so weird? It's just Eteri making assumptions (wrong assumptions) about why Evgenia wants to leave. When the real reason is that... well, Eteri is too controlling and her coaching ways have to further develop in that sense.

Yeah but imagine how hard must it be to try and practice when... Yuzuru Hanyu is skating Seimei in the same rink... like... talk about pressure...
