asiacheetah Posted May 3, 2018 Posted May 3, 2018 http://www.isuresults.com/ws/ws/wsmen.htm Where is Patrick Chan? I've looked at this list three times and just can't seem to find him.

Katt Posted May 3, 2018 Posted May 3, 2018 Maybe because he's already announce his retirement so they remove him from WS ? I noticed the same with D/R in pairs. But Kevin still there so o___o

He's #35 Now I definitely read somewhere that Paul Fenz retired and he's listed as #37 Elijah Balde DEFINITELY retired and he's #66 This exclusion makes no sense!

Yes I noticed a couple of retired skaters still there. Only Patrick and D/R are missing. This is weird.
sweetwater Posted May 5, 2018 Posted May 5, 2018 Aren't Patrick and D/R the ones who announced retirement earlier and did not participate in Worlds this year? I think to be on the list or not depends on how and when they announce (or file?) their retirement. In the spring of 2014, Nobunari Oda who retired in December 2013 wasn't on the list but Daisuke Takahashi was, and he remained on the list for a while even after he announced his retirement later in the same year.
kaeryth Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 Joseph Phan with a 4Lz (ur). Great effort but I'm laughing because a lot of people are now going straight for a 4Lz (at Jr Worlds he only had a 4T).
