I'm not asking about touching ice. I'm asking about gymnastics moves like a cartwheel or a handspring, or for example the banned backflip.

"Lately, my doctor confirmed that I got fully healed.
I could get through these 9months thanks to the doctor I was seeing, the physiotherapist who helped me in learning all my physical weak points thoroughly, Itolator that always kindly let me use their product, those who have always been supporting me, and all my fans.
"Don't come back" was what the physiotherapist said to me. I am going to take that to my heart and try to enjoy my season to the full while facing my own body.

 

To refresh my spirits, I got my ears pierced and got a manicure. Actually, I have been watching a drama called, "Watashi no kaseifu Nagisa san" (Nagisa san, my housekeeper) lately and use it as a fashion reference. Tabe chan (Mikako Tabe) is so cute~"

Wondering when Rika plans to go back to Japan (also, curious about what's really going on in the Hamada camp...)

As it was announced, she was meant to be co-coached by TCC and Hamada, but now she's looking quite comfy at Champery  

Still, there was no further update form her re:coaches, so I'm sticking to a prolonged training camp + choreo work instead of a permanent move, especially since Champery can offer a lot, but NOT a good jump specialist. Which IMO was one big reason for her wish to go to TCC: she'd been working very well with Ghislain (plus, in normal times she would have been able to analyse her 4S model in person)

as for GP, I still expect her back for NHK. It would be only one month before Nats, so it would make all the more sense for her (and Shoma too, tbh) to go back, quarantine, be at NHK and then stay for Nats

(I'm kinda...ignoring the chance of a GPF abroad between NHK and Nats)
