Oh man this is very late because I figured the news while at work and I just came back home.

I'm sorry to hear that he has to withdraw but I believe it's the best decision. Better safe than sorry applies perfectly here I think.

 

I hope he's gonna be fine, and I don't mean physically/his ankle only but also mentally because I feel like he's shaken up with the decision and feeling regretful (thus the apology, though he didn't have to obviously) for it. But I know he has a good, solid support system so just hoping he's being taken care of and he'll feel better when he wakes up the next day.

That must be one @SparkleSalad gave. I gave my three earlier in the day ^_^ Though actually, one of the ladies I gave them to knew about them, too, had seen other fans tweet about them. And another said the foreign fans forum is great - that the Italian one is good, too, but the other is great. I think she meant PH, but I didn't get to ask, because the chance to take a picture with the Yuzu billboard came then. I might try to get the courage to give more swans on Sunday... (btw, I got a lot of hugs in exchange for the swans, which surprised me a bit - Japanese people are very particular about personal space, so, them hugging me was surprising lol)

Reading all the posts and tweeter today I have set my mind that as long as Yuzuru have theese amazing fans and friends that keep praying for him, he will have strength to break every wall that he faces

This is so touching... phisical pain is the most unnerving thing ever and when it stops you from doing what gives you life, it's just crushing... luckily, Brain was there to remind him what was really important. Training in these three months will be key for everything. Yuzuru has a weapon more than other skaters, because he cannot allow himself to take his health for granted... this is hard, but a weapon nontheless. 

For you guys who are in Osaka for the competition.. I hope you all will still be able to enjoy the competition as much as you can.. and hope you can find a nice place to relax and calm your mind. Everything will be fine eventually. 

 

I got a bit confused reading 'Brian' like is it Orser or Briand Grishlain lol it could be both though.. via Skype/video call for Orser and directly through Briand.. 

 

Also it's lovely to see how many skaters and others show a supportive message and well wishes for Yuzu. He's definitely well-liked and respected in the field for an obvious reason.

Yes! My first reaction is oh no, he's not going to nhk! Oh no he can't defend his title! But after a while, all I care about is for him to be healthy and happy. He has reached a point where his medals don't really matter to me anymore (although they do matter to him 😩).

 

He has so many skates that have touched me and many others. His skates have improved the lives of many and he'll always be the champion for me.

Lol thought it's a photo! esp the gold medal the luster and shade looks so real  Yuzu really does have super talented fans anywhere!
