My CBC betrayed me during the 2nd half of SEIMEI so I don't know exactly what happened, but guessing from the reactions from Kikuchi san, Brian, Yuzu, you guys his performance here was a triumph in a sense, right? 
So happy for his first 4Lz! His movement looked well controlled and much better than yesterday at least in the part I could watch. Getting a silver here might be a bit kuyasii but I'm somehow relieved and looking forward to NHK.
OK, I'm gonna check uploaded video and see what happened in the second half...

And Judge 5 gave +2 to Nathan's 4Lz-3T combo...I appreciate judge 5's love for Yuzu, but I agree...it's not at +3 level yet.

I agree. I think I heard a cheer when Nathan popped a jump and I think that's not fair. We should give credit where it's due and I think Nathan did a pretty good job here.

but tbh his win at Worlds early this year really helps his reputation a lot. Last year all the comments about him being inconsistent and old were just annoying.

People keep forgetting that he's the current WR holder, unbeaten even by others with giant BVs...

I only give him a pass, again, because he seems to adore Yuzu and is, like, super young. It's the adults who should have reigned him in.

 

And despite all the debate over Yuzu letting that drawing go yesterday, the kid's reaction today shows he didn't mind after all. 

I don't like children, so I personally do not find this cute. This should not happen, let alone 2 times. The adults did not do their job properly. 

The child did not even change clothes.
