Yuzu lost a level on the spin? why?

Just caught up to this thread and I remembered something the Czech commentator said during yesterday's SP. He kept talking about how we'll see a brand new program form Yuzuru  I'm honestly not sure if he was being sarcastic or just didn't remember it's three-peat

Just caught up just today with everything about the SP, I predict Yuzuru will be fine in the FS despite the mistakes today because he's always been a fighter and there's so many people (his fans, coaching team) who have always been there supporting him to keep him focused and upbeat.

 

After following Yuzuru's competitions for 4 years now, I feel like he definitely has a pattern in the skating results as the season progresses. There's been ups and downs with every competition in the past 4 years and regardless of the mistakes, Yuzuru has always possessed a wonderful and unique artistry that draws people's attention.  

 

Also nice subtle change to the new Chopin costume with the gold collar and lighter blue shade of fabric! (Side note: POTO 1.0  red/black costume and the 'Hana ni Nare' costume will always be my favourite though!)

Oh, I never heard him focusing to get rid of the pops specifically before, good to know. Thank you for sharing!
