ugh, everytime yuzuru doesn't do well he goes below 100... maybe i'm just being unnecessarily salty here but i feel like he's always more harshly penalised than others.

I think everything this season is training for the Olympics. Ideally, yeah, he should do both well, but he's repeating programmes because Olympics, and if he's gotten into the habit of doing either SP or FS perfectly, then he's done the first. Doing the FS with the lutz is the real goal for this competition, I think. He can work his way up to doing both perfectly. Hopefully right in time.

Was the UR call legit?

His sit spin seemed slower compared to ACI to me and seeing the GOE he got for it, it wasn't surprising. From 1.50 to 0.86.

hate to say it but i agree. this is exactly what he's trying to avoid by repeating two programs. so he can skate clean all season. it's not a disaster but he knows his pattern and is literally trying to avoid this. well, like meoima said, he doesn't know himself if he thinks he can be like evgenia lolol

As Brian said "it's alright". And seeing Yuzu smile makes me feel more calm.

Don't forget that Nathan's cleanish sp still didnt beat old Chopin record. And if Yuzu went for 4S, it probably would have been better but that's not Yuzu. Can't wait for Seimei tomorrow!
