btw one of the security guards tried to maek us feel better by saying "i've never watched figure skating, and i watched this guy and just knew he was talented" (of course, we already knew that).

 

also he claimed some fans snuck backstage and started running towards yuzu, but then got tackled by someone? uhh, not sure if that's how it went, but things can get pretty scary, i suppose.

Edit 2: went ahead and checked a bit more. It is actually suppose to be closer to the orchid flower, ouch my bad chinese/english translation tonight. But this symbolizes more than just noble, perfect masculinity. It also symbolizes elegance, purity, wisdom and dignity. It is considered to be the "king" among the flowers in Chinese tradition.

That's just disturbing...

 

I had just two instances of trying to get close to artists I liked, once being in their hotel lobby - I failed in the lobby - and was thinking it'd be cool to try to see Yuzu up close, maybe say a couple of words to him, in a circumstance like that, but then I saw a video in the lobby in Helsinki where he nearly got mobbed by the elevators and I concluded I do not want to be part of something like that. If I get to go to Milan, I'll stick to just watching him at the rink and leave him alone beyond that.
