Well, when they first introduced the VIP packages in Helsinki, there was mention of a "baby igloo", soooo  not like they hadn't thought about it. But they didn't have it in the actual package when it went on sale

Yeah I'm so happy too! I will surely try to be there, if there will be a Planet Hanyu meeting... it would make me the happiest, even happiest then the possibility of crossing Yuzuru through the corridors... (okay, maybe as happy as that...). I don't know how it worked for the last competitions, but it would be easier for all of us to meet when there are no competitions going at the moment, right? Either before, or at the end...

Yes, excellent idea! I’d suggest before, maybe on one of the practice days, then we’ll know each other during. For impromtu squee sessions etc.

Can we have more than 1 meetup?   I'm likely to skip Men's SP due to work commitments.

I agree to this! And also agree to doing one meetup in the practice days. Practice begins on the 19th of March, while Competition starts on the 21st morning. Also, practice is always in the morning. So sometimes in the afternoon of the 19th or the 20th could be ideal for anyone! (I'm already worrying so much about this, it's that I'm going to be too hype in the future to think about this through LOL)

On the 19th and 20th, it will be from early morning to late evening. It’s probably a good idea to wait until you know the practice schedule, or risk organizing meetings during the men’s practice (which most here are probably interested in).

We can also meet between events, there is sometimes 1-2 hour gaps. And then we can organize a bigger meetup for everyone who would like to come ^^

Some fans will probably arrive on the 21st or even later, but for those who will be there the whole week, it's a good idea. 

I'll arrive on the 21st, I suppose there will be other people arriving after the practice days too, so another meetup between the events would be appreciated

The excitement is so overwhelming  I've been  hardly able to think about anything else other than the fact that I'm going to Worlds and will hopefully meet some of you

Aaaaah I feel the same! If it were me, I'd spend the whole event with you people. I guess being a voluntary worker comes with priviledges and duties, so I probably won't be with you the moment Yuzuru (and everyone else) will skate, but waaah it will be a continue hype for days, so I am not that worried after all.
