original English:

For several events FanTickets are available.
FanTickets are probably the most beautiful memory of an unforgettable event. With a high-quality and customized design FanTickets are unique prints and the perfect gift idea! The colored designed FanTickets are printed on exclusive ticket material and represent probably the best alternative to a regular ticket.

Italian through google translate:

For these events, the new exclusive FanTicket is available!
FanTicket with its unique, personalized design can be the most beautiful reminder of an unforgettable event! Printed in high resolution photographic color on a special support, FanTicket finally brings emotion to the ticket and represents the expected return to an important element of Fan culture. FanTicket is also a perfect gift idea.

It doesn't actually tell you *how* to buy them, though, just that they're available... for some events... somehow. ;-)  Not like I care... just think it's funny. They really do try and sell tickets any which way they can, hehehe.

It is funny^^ nothing for me either though, thank you for explaining!

I guess they may just send you those fan tickets automatically if you choose to get your tickets delivered. Or you can choose during the order if you want normal tickets or fan tickets to be delivered. Those have been around for a while, it's not really sometimes Milan Worlds specific. They are basically just 'fancy' (or not) paper tickets. And if you're lucky enough, the stupid ticket gets ripped at the entrance anyway -.- totally worth it

Yeah usually something like that

I'd like to skip that exclusive super fancy paper fan ticket and would instead like a very boring e-ticket, thank you very much

Yeah, why can’t e-tickets be a thing? Hmph.

We're already pestering them about that by email. :free-random-smileys-161:  I'm gonna keep doing it until I either get my print at home tickets or run out of internet

That sounds like a very worthy fight. Crossing my fingers, cause I want it too! :smiley-transport012: (Like, if you can get your boarding pass to your phone it shouldn’t be that hard for a big event company to do something similar.)

the weird thing is that after they had started selling single event tickets, they did add the print@home option later (at least for some? not sure if for all of them). So uh, yeah, if they can't give us e-tickets that can be read from a phone, then can the rest of us please at least also get the print@home option? Because it looks like it is not impossible to do it, it's just not possible for them to set their system properly?  I don't even know anymore.

Yay, I'll be in Milano with my daughter for the free and the gala \o/. B13 section, too.

I thought I had purchased my tickets on monday but I've just realised something had went wrong. Thankfuly there were still some good seats available ! The catastrophe wasn't far but didn't happen *relieved*

Funnily enough, the men FS seems to be the most demanded event right now... :)

Do tell if you get a positive answer! Or if you need one more voice mail boming them.

I wonder if I'm able to sell one of my tickets for the men FP somehow even though there wasn't any e-ticket option..? I chose the pick up at venue. I have always had an e-ticket so I don't know how it works. (The seat is in sector A30, row 3, if someone's interested :))
