And when he finishes a performance, there's no time to cry over the sudden end of the spell, because we know: Yuzuru is next. How spoiled we are to stan the GOAT!

At Pyong Chang Olys, Yuzu had a strawberry shortcake tissue box cover, which originally had had mini Pooh and Piglet on top of it. The characters were carefully snipped off the tissue case, so it was not overtly advertising Pooh. At Beijing Olys, Yuzu's tissue box cover was a knitted cover in yellow and red, embodying the spirit of Pooh. These have always been the rules and competitors respect the Olympic rules and values.

However, the photographers at Pyeongchang were not scared to use the Poohs thrown onto the ice for Yuzuru to adorn the boards whilst they took photos of a victorious Yuzuru so Pooh did see that bit!!
November 4, 20223 yr Just popping in to say... Final Fantasy X??? I love that game and it warms my heart to see that Yuzu does, too. Like, I love it to the point that I have all the Celestial Weapons. Yes, even Tidus and Lulu's. (And if you've played that game, you know how much time it takes for those two...) So. Yes. I have spent more of my life than I care to think about listening to that OST. I actually thought about skating to it... now I really wish I had!
November 4, 20223 yr I loved many things about this, from the 6 minutes practice to Change no 3 costume, to the fabulous lighting. Specifically I found it strangely satisfying that he was skating on that pristine ice that was laid just for him to skate on - no one else’s toe pick holes or traces to spoil it. Probably just me being weird but I liked that very much.

Pooh finally saw the Olympic performance I absolutely love that Yuzu included his Pooh ritual by the boards into Prologue. But I find it bittersweet that it's Yuzu Pooh that got to accompany Yuzu for his performance wearing his Olympic Seimei costume, although was actually Old Man Pooh who was left back at the hotel during the actual competition back in 2018. Now Old Man Pooh was left back in Toronto and has been there all by himself for almost three years. I hope Yuzu will eventually go back to Canada, bring old Man Pooh back, and visit TCC. Then Old Man Pooh can accompany Yuzu by the boards again, together with Yuzu Pooh. Okay, it's late. Enough of getting sentimental over Pooh. I should really go to bed for a few hours of sleep before experiencing history written before my eyes, the most beautiful history imaginable. Good night!
