I am in Japan so I will be watching the event on Fuji TV. 

 

So, so sad for Riku/Ryu who had to withdraw!  They were delayed by Vancouver snowstorm, then, to add insult to injury, ended up with lost baggage when they finally arrived in Japan.  They had no time for practice or to find new skating boots and costumes.  Perhaps they will be able to do an exhibition program for the gala performance?     

So far Mone Chiba is ahead of everyone, which is a nice surprise! 

Mone 3rd after SP. Mone for new Jnat champion. 

So happy for mone, kaori, and Mai! Excited to see the free. I also hope rika is proud of how much she’s grown! It’s been an uphill battle for her to comeback, and she’s worked so hard. I love watching her skate and can’t wait to see her in the free

I came here only for a moment, because her SP popped up on my YT and I needed somewhere to express my admiration. It's not a junior skating anymore imo.

Ooh, apparently Rika got stuck in a hole on the Salchow...  What's with holes and Salchows!

This gives me hope for her to bounce back in the free then.

 

Glad to see Kaori and Mai in 1-2!

Underwhelming from the performances I have seen, except for Mone. 

 

Oh and for those who said it was Nats so Kaori probably wouldn't get any calls, boy, aren't you right?

I'm really sad I can't really rewatch Japanese Nationals anywhere I doubt I can watch anything live because work/travelling for christmas, and only few performances are archived... And this is one event I would really like to watch in full. Yeah... sad (yet the event from another country screams for me anytime I open internet )

Have you tried YoiTV? It works great for me, and if you haven't tried it yet, the best option is the one-day free trial period. Just sign up after JNats, then you can watch anything you want from the last 14 (iirc) days. Fuji TV is on the channel list. I don't know how much you want to watch, it may be a little difficult to watch everything in 24h, but maybe it will be enough for you.
