The default is no sound I believe, but you can unmute by clicking on the volume icon which appears on the lower right when you mouse-over.

For background information, "hatachi no kenketsu" - donating blood at 20 - is a yearly action by the Japanese Red Cross, to encourage young adults who reach legal age, which is 20 in Japan, to donate blood. They have different spokespeople every year - obviously, as those are people turning 20 themselves - and every year it's always a big thing who will be in there.

 

Well, Yuzu was an obvious choice.
