I thought Junhwan as well. And can we be sure the video is recent? (Also injured doesn't always mean full rest... he could be doing basic skating to stay in shape... though I'm not sure about the full extent of his injuries, so just random speculation.)

I saw people having some alternate idea... instead of the figure in black at the end, in the beginning of the video a person in white can be seen passing in the mirror. They're wondering if it could be Yuzu in his ANA jacket. I don't know-it's virtually impossible to tell! It only goes to show the degree of our hunger right now

Easy tool for ID: Does it have a neck that is 3 necks? If not, it's not Yuzu.

I think like the others - looks like CJH to me.

 

Edit: do Yuzu usually roll up his long sleeves like that to elbow length? I think he keeps it short sleeves or just go with the long for practice outfit.

It only has a one neck neck (also a mop top.) It's JH for sure.
