Yeah, it just hit me that he might finally drop from that #1 spot after so long. Get well soon, Yuzu! Please

I just realized Shoma going to 4CC and potentially winning it means he'll finally bump Yuzu off the World Standings #1 spot by 60 points.

@MrPudding, I think you might have meant to post these in the General Yuzu Chat instead? This thread is the General Skating Chat....

And here's my gift for my secret santa pal, @souyouki! I kind of wish I'd tightened the wallpaper a bit more in terms of smoothing out the rough edges but I hope you enjoy it anyway! Merry Christmas!

OMG this is soooo cute!!! I love it! Thank you so much and Merry Christmas!

I think the alternative may be current Seimei layout where 4Lz is replaced by 3Lz. The thing is not only if he can get into shape for 5 quad layouts but also if he can put the added strain on his ankle both a 4Lz and 4Lo would bring... at least in time for Olys. He may need to save 4Lz for Worlds because of lack of time to practice it?

OMG lolsob

It could also, I think, be related to what Brian has said before about 4CC being at an awkward time. Whereas the skaters training in Asia can more easily go to 4CC because it's more or less in the same timezone and flight times are less, Yuzu would need to deal with a lot more logistics to go to that competition, plus then he'd have to return to Canada (more travel and lost time) or risk staying in Japan by himself until the Olympics. The 'too little time' if he went back to Canada and 'too much time' if he stayed in Japan conundrum Brian alluded to. We'll see how Nathan and Patrick are at their respective Nationals soon. And Boyang will be at 4CC.

I didn't get a PM either so maybe I signed up too late?

One of these does not belong.

Apparently they're also punishing clean Russian athletes... by giving them this logo to wear... Did IOC pay a lot of money for something I could do in Paint?

I need to re-do my Japanese Nationals predictions because of Sumire Suto/ Francis Boudrereau-Audet's WD. Get well soon, Sumire!

I'm in too. Edit: I'm open to receiving anything except human body parts, thank you.

This is exactly how I imagine his rehabilitation to be going. Frustrated face included.

It's nothing more than what she (and us) deserve after her systematic underscoring, tbh.

Well, it is NBC, if they aren't hyping up Nathan at any opportunity, what good are they for as a US media outlet!? Nathan IS undefeated this season... if one doesn't really think about total scores or him losing the FS; it does come off as a really great soundbite to mention.

Can I respectfully ask for any and all tweets with that photo to be posted as a link instead? I hate it with a passion.
-
Ah I cant be bothered with subs there... Thanks! Edit: Actually, I'm going to have to resubmit because I completely forgot about Samarin and that changes my predictions in men. I am dumb.

@Joey, can you please check if I did submit my Russian Nationals picks? I know I started doing them but I'm not sure now if I did click submit.

They're not mutually exclusive. If he's only stroking and doing crossovers, he can't exactly do quality jumps yet.

This cake is fantastic. -
I just want a costume that hides his perspiration issues. Poor Nathan.
