If I see anyone claiming that Zhenya's going to Brian just because Yuzuru trains there then I'm going to tear them a new one. Yuzu fans have NOT been nice about Zhenya, especially over the past year. I'm excited about the change, not excited about all the stupid sh*t I'm going to read about it.

I agree that she had to do something for her future...and she had to go to someone with clout/success/ experience and with a supportive team.... and she had to do it now... but I won't deny that I think him being there certainly makes it an easier destination to choose.
