Neenah Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 Watching Patric fall apart at SC was a very painful experience even though he is not my favorite skater. So I am fine with what he said in the article if it helps restore his confidence and motivation. Despite his faults, Patrick is a beautiful and accomplished skater that deserves to end his career on high note. I know BOW was to be considered but no one else really had enough of that to make a strong enough case. The podium finishers made the decision easier, just as Slipchuk was hoping it would.
