Definitely not, if it's RusFed. 

I wish both of them good luck. It means we will see both of them more at international competitions. If they get the citizenships in time for the Olympics maybe we will even see them there in Beijing.

I'm sooo pleased that we probably will see so much more of Nastya Gubanova. Been hoping for it for a long time, since it was clear as a day how much RusFed hates her. She's in my personal top 3 Russian Women of the last decade. Go, Nastya!

Now waiting for confirmation that Talalaikina is released too. 

Evgenia Medvedeva has entered Moscow State University, Higher School of Policy in Culture and Management in the Sphere of Humanities.  No idea what sort of degree she is going to do. So… I don’t think she’ll much time left for extracurricular activities like competitive skating. 

I have not yet found a thread about it. The test skates in Chelyabinsk will take place from 11-12 September.

So the US has suspended issuing visas to Russians, not just the athletes. The only exception is diplomatic visa.

 

It's likely that Russian athletes can't enter SkAM (except for a few).

As for the others, injuries seem to be recent. Again, very unfortunate.
