Yes, it's amazing she could do this. 

It doesn't mean she now gets scored in a different standard than the rest.

You're right of course, and no she shouldn't get those scores but I'll admit I'm a total hypocrite when it comes to quads / 3A in the ladies competition

She just did something amazing. Do we really need to start downtalking her accomplishment already? Feels like I'm reading on Golden Skate and I thought this was a more positive place.

Nice skate, Mako. A beautiful skater... but it was hard for me to concentrate because of Trusova just before her! Not her fault, but mine.

 

She will be on the podium!! Great!! Does coach fluffy need glasses? She's always really squinting to see the scores whenever I see her!!

Now  my favourite. I really love Kostornaia's skating and touch on the ice...  for me, she's the one. No quads, but I just see such a good skater here without the jumps...

 

and her 3Ts at the end of her combos are higher than the first part of the combo....

Alena really is something else, isn't she, so beautiful to watch
