you guys, ofc DB would praise him! HE NEEDS TO! otherwise american casuals would eat Nathan. come on. you know how 4 years fan works. they dont care that he landed 6 quads. they only care that he failed. 

 

edit: also, judges want him to stay in the sport. thats the most important thing.

Let's be real, he skate well partially bc there's no pressure on him. But yeah, he would have been if he was much better at facing pressure.

I mean the judging is completely outrageous, and even thought Nathan's attitude to skating isn't ideal (far from it lol), it's so unfair to blame the judging on him. The kid did his best. The judges didn't.
