I don't want to be one of those SJW but isn't this considered cultural appropriation? She's not even skating to Pocahontas. 

 

Edit: Not that skating to Pocahontas in that outfit would make it better. but at least it would be more thematically fitting than whatever this was.

I don't know traditional native american clothing well enough to say that costume isn't a caricature of it, but I wouldn't say dressing up using traditional clothing from a country from which you aren't born is cultural appropriation. Actually, I think cultural appropriation is an abused term, but that's just me.
