Beautiful! I love Mai!! She and Satoko are my fav ladies from Team Japan! Not that I don't like the others. They are all great! It's such a shame that Japan has only 2 spots for the ladies at Olympics ...

OMG just amazing, Mai is such a lovely skater and she has improved her artistry.

poor Mai the only time we saw her was bc'z she was next to Yuzuru , I mean come on I know how all of that showbiz things work,  but Marin had more screentime than Guillaume/Gabriella who are WC lol , that's reality but it's so sad .

Oh I completely agree. There are other more accomplished skaters who deserved to get more screen time, in fact I barely saw Guillaume/Gabriella or Mai in the opening at all! Sorry but I'm just so-so towards Marin, for now at least. I definitely like Satoko and Mai a whole lot more from team Japan.

Maybe I'm just a little bit bitter. There's one part where Yuzu was right there at the side of the screen near Marin and the camera guy actually cut him off completely and choose to film her instead, and she wasn't doing anything special. Where's the logic in that???

Yuzuru Hanyu Fantasy on Ice 2017 in KOBE

Opening, Ballade No 1 and Finale 1080p

Everytime I rewatch on of these videos I feel very conflicted, because one moment I'm thinking "Gimme Yuzu, oh yeah, wow Yuzu looks soooo fine, lemme replay it"

and the next camera-craziness happens and I feel the urge to crush something

Our fanartists as extra as Yuzu ...

I could even have done with a little less Yuzu and more of the other skaters (they did get a bit short changed), if only they'd at least filmed everything better but the camera angles and constant frame shifting was dizzying.
